Returns Policy

If you are ever unhappy with your purchase you can return the product and we will either replace the item or send you a gift voucher. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear bottoms due to hygiene regulations. This policy in accordance with our terms and conditions. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

The following steps should be followed when wishing to return products:

Step 1. Ensure the product remains unused and undamaged. Please do not remove any tags or stickers as we will not be able to accept items that have been tampered with.

Step 2. Mail us at within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Step 3. In the parcel’s original packaging courier the parcel to us, the cost of the return is at your cost. We will cover the delivery costs of your new garment.

If the item has a manufacturing fault all courier fees will be for our account.

As soon as we receive your mail we endeavor to respond in a timely and considerate manner.

Please note the following:

  • We cannot accept returns that are sent back to us after the 14 day returns policy period.
  • Delivery fees are no refundable.
  • Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
